MIG is a range of robust, step-regulated, user-friendly and all-round machines for MIG/ MAG dip-transfer or spray-transfer welding, from sheet metal and light structures to thick walls.
Four basic models many combinations: Migatronic’s MIG range is based on elaborate technology and consists of a number of highperformance step-regulated models, MIG 305x, 385x, 445x and 545x - all with a large number of possible combinations:
- Aircooled or watercooled welding hoses
- C or S versions (C = Compact, S = Separate wire-feed unit)
- Standard wire-feed speed up to 18 m/min. using MWF 8
- Wire-feed speed up to 24 m/min. using MWF 11 – for demanding welding jobs (S version only)
- Prepared for 5 and 15 kg wire reels and connectable to 250-400 kg reels
- Special solutions for special welding jobs
Allround machine for dip-transfer and spray-transfer welding: Whichever combination is chosen, you get a MIG welding machine with high duty cycle for intensive quality welding in steel, stainless steel and aluminium. The machines are well suited for industrial welding, site welding and repairs.
Operational comfort – flexible wire-feeding: Migatronic MIG welding machines are extremely userfriendly. The display is readily accessible and easy to read and the easy-to-understand symbols reduce the risk of faulty attendance by the welder. The parameters can be adjusted either on the front of the machine or directly on the Migatronic Dialog torch at the welding site.
On S models, the wire-feed unit is positioned on top of the power source and can be turned in any direction providing the welder with a high degree of flexibility during welding. A four-roll wirefeed system provides stable and continuous feeding of wire – also flux-cored wire – and the logical construction makes it easy to change wire and rolls for varying welding jobs.
Operationally reliable and service-friendly:
The electronics unit in the Migatronic MIG range is protected against dust and separated from moving parts. The result is increased operationally reliability, longer life and minimum maintenance. In addition, the MIG range is equipped with automatic short-circuit fuse.
Migatronic focuses on operating efficiency and environment; the machines are equipped with a standby function for water pump and fan. The welder can easily change all wear parts – and if necessary, the team of Migatronic service technicians is ready to turn out with original spare parts in the service vehicle.
